Put fish on oiled baking pan and cover completely with sauce.
Preheat oven at 375 degrees.
Let fish sit at room temperature for a half hour or so to marinate.
Bake at 375 for 15 minutes or less, checking frequently.
Garnish with lemon and cilantro.
