Fish sandwiches that can be for lunch or dinner. Easily prepared, delicious, and can be eaten anytime, not just on Friday's in Lent.
Sauce Prep: Combine all ingredients, mix well with fork or spoon NOT with mixer, cover and chill for at least one hour.
1. Prepare tartar sauce per above directions.
2. After 45 minutes, prepare fish as directed on box.
3. Cut, chop, & mince tomato, lettuce, and peppers, and place in separate bowls.
3. Separate flat-breads, they halve easily.
4. Remove fish from oven and place on paper towels to drain. You can prepare the sandwiches while fish is hot, or let cool.
5. Into each flat-bread, place one fish filet, add lettuce, tomato, peppers, Black pepper, and Home Made Tartar Sauce as per individual taste.
It's easy, take your time, and enjoy!
