Suggest a better descriptionCut the vegetables in pieces and put them in a casserole with water (analogy 1kg of fish=800ml water). Put salt and water and let it boil. As soon as the potatoes become soft and then add the fish.
Boil everything together for 20'. Take off the fish and add lemon in the soup.
