Fish coated with mint sauce and grilled
Pat fish dry.
Pull all ingredients for first marination, in a flat dish and mix well. Rub fish into this and keep aside for 15 min
Mix ingredients for second marination well. Ensure cheese is totally smooth. It can be passed thru a sieve if required.
Add the prepared green paste to this.
Remove fish from first marinade ensuring all the excess liquid is left behind. Coat well in second marinade. Leave for 1 hour.
Grill on a coal barbeque for 5-6 min.
Serve garnished with onion rings sprinkled with salt and lemon juice.
