2 c Sifted whole wheat flour
2 tb Wheat germ
4 tb Ice water (4-5 tablespoons)
1 ts Salt
3/4 c Margarine

Original recipe makes 1 Servings



Combine the flour with the salt in a medium sized bowl, then add the wheat germ. With a pastry blender, cut in the margarine. Sprinkle the ice water over the pastry and mix it with a fork. The pastry should be just moist enough to hold together. This dough handles like any other using white flour, but its far more nutritious.
