Have you tried the Flatout light, Lavash style breads yet? They are delicious, and a wonderful alternative to 'light' breads. It is very low in fat, lower in carbs, and hold up well in a wrapped sandwich. I even make crispy pizza on them for lunch sometimes on a bread stone in the oven, or on a griddle on stove top. They come in flavors, so you can use the taste your craving. This is a good one for breakfast, or lunch. The boys like it when they come. I use different kinds of fruit, depending on what I have in fresh at the time. Sometimes, I skip the jam and just use dried fruit such as cranberries, cherries, blueberries. Very good.
Spread peanut butter evenly over entire Flatout. On one rounded end, spread jam. Layer strawberry, banana and granola. Roll, cut and enjoy!
