Flax Meal Pancake

Ready in 45 minutes

Use a bit more sweetener, and fry little rounds. Make a sandwich with a sausage patty- like McGriddles!

Ingredients

2 Eggs
6 tablespoons Flax meal
1 tablespoon Psyllium husk powder
1 tablespoon Sugar-free syrup; vanilla or maple flavor
1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
1/8 teaspoon Salt

Servings  

Preparation

Stir all ingredients until combined.

Add water (or additional vanilla or maple syrup) if batter is too thick.

Heat skillet over medium heat, spray with cooking spray, and add batter.

Cook until bubbly on top, turn.

Continue cooking until browned on other side.
