Pop the corn kernels in a large pot at medium high heat. First, preheat cooking oil with two kernels until both kernels pop. Then add the remainder of kernels and shake every 30 seconds to keep popped corn from burning. Once popping stops, transfer popcorn to a large mixing bowl and combine with marshmallows and chocolate. Fold popcorn into fluffy chocolate mixture until all popcorn is evenly coated. To reduce large clumps and popcorn balls, spread fluffy chocolate popcorn onto a baking sheet to cool.
