A Foccacia bread that can be served along with a meal or sliced to use as a sandwich bread.
Prepare yeast mixture of yeast, sugar and water. Mix flour and salt. Form a hole in the center of the flour mix and add liquid yeast. Mix completely and then knead bread. Spread out on cookie sheet and allow to raise at least 30 minutes.
Brush with melted butter and rosemary garlic spice.
Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.
