This is an easy tasty one-dish meal for the family.
To start: Cook and drain pasta as directed on package
While pasta is cooking, cook sausage in 10-inch skillet over medium heat, breaking the bulk into smaller pieces until pork is no longer pink. In a bowl, Mix tomatoes, garlic, basil, chopped mushrooms, and diced red pepper.
Layer 1/3 sauce, 1/3 pasta, 1/3 sausage, and 1/3 cheese in the baking dish. Repeat the process.
Heat oven to 375. Spray rectangular baking dish, 13x9x2 inches, with cooking spray. Bake uncovered 35 and 40 minutes or until the cheese is golden brown.
