Add the ground beef, and veal to the oil and onion. Simmer for 10 minutes. Add parsley, and spinach to the skillet and simmer for 15 minutes. Add cheese and bread crumbs, simmer for 2 minutes. Roll out the dough, cut into squares with a ravioli cutter. Place one heaping teaspoon of filling in each square. Cover with another square. Seal by pinching together. Drop squares into 8 quarts boiling salted water and cook until tender.
