Suggest a better descriptionMelt chocolate on low heat in heavy saucepan. Add boiling water while stirring vigorously. Add salt and sugar. Cook over medium low heat for about 10 minutes stirring continuously. If mixture begins to boil, turn down heat. When mixture has slightly cooled, add vanilla. Chill in fridge for a few hours or overnight. To serve, ship 1 pint heavy whipping cream until stiff and fold in chocolate. Add heaping spoonful to hot milk.
