Suggest a better descriptionPour boiling water over freshly grated coconut meat. Let set several minutes. Place in blender and carefully puree mixture. Strain through cheesecloth, pressing out as much liquid as possible. Discard coconut. Cool mixture and cover and chill. Use within a day or two. Or freeze for later use.
