Cool completely in pan tipped on side on cooling rack. Remove from pan. Tear into bite-sized pieces.=14 In medium bowl, combine milk, yogurt and orange peel; blend well. Add pudding mix; beat until well blended. Let stand 5 minutes.=14 In large serving bowl, layer half of the cake pieces, 1/3 of the fruit and half of the pudding mixture. Repeat layers. Arrange remaining fruit on top. Cover; refrigerate at least 2 hours or up to 6 hours.=14 HIGH ALTITUDE-Above 3500 feet: To prepare cake mix, add 1/4 cup flour and increase water to 2/3 cup.
