2. Divide oranges into segments; cut segments into bite-size pieces. Place in bowl. Add remaining 2 tablespoons brown sugar, star fruit, pineapple, strawberries, and blueberries, tossing gently.
3. Layer one-third of fruit evenly into eight parfait glasses. Top with one-third of yogurt mixture. Repeat layers twice with remaining fruit and yogurt. Garnish evenly with additional twists of lemon peel, blueberries, and strawberries, if desired
