"This was simple and delicious. Left out the avocado because I made an avocado dressing also. A big hit on fish tacos. Adding this to my favorites."

2 whole Avocado
juice of 1 lime
3 tablespoon Cilantro
1 package Corn Tortilla Chips; better yet, make them fresh
1 medium Onion; diced
3 medium Roma Tomatoes; diced
juice of half a lemon
1/4 teaspoon Cumin
Salt; to taste

Original recipe makes 6

Dice avocado and combine with other ingredients. Do not blend -- all ingredients should be fresh and in chunks.

Serve with tortilla chips. Delicious, fresh salsa.

Delicious, simple, fresh recipe. Serve with tortilla chicken soup for a light spring or summer meal.
