Suggest a better descriptionCut pineapple into quarters lengthwise, leaving leaves intact. Remove pineapple in chunks, leaving 1/2-inch shell. Line each pineapple shell with lettuce leaves. Combine 1 cup of the pineapple chunks with the grapes, strawberries, orange or tangerine sections, kiwi and bananas. Arrange tossed fruit on lettuce in the pineapple shells. Sprinkle with walnuts. Serve with Orange Cream Dressing. (See recipe below)
