JStoleyThese were very good! Because of other reviews, I added a bit of baking powder to the recipe to make sure they rose. I was only able to get 21 cupcakes out of the batter, but I was ok with it. They came out more like a muffin, but that may have been because I changed the recipe a bit. This will be my go to recipe any time I want to make a bread like dessert with strawberries!1y ago
ijacksonGreat flavor but the actual cupcakes are so moist and dense that adding extra flour and extending the cooking time still didn't help. The cupcakes didn't rise and had the texture of fudge on the inside.3y ago
Juliadiamond9I mde them for my moms 43d birthday, everybody loved it.But I didn't use walnuts.4y ago

LilKandeHaven't tried but making today I'll let you know.4y ago
XinalinhI used the almond extract and the flavor overwhelmed the strawberry flavor. If i make them again I'll probably use vanilla. Pretty tasty though! Put a cream cheese frosting on top!4y ago
