A quick, easy and flexible recipe to adjust to any mix of flavours and preferred fruits.


Raspberry Jell-o
Fresh Rasberries
Orange Jell-o
Canned Mandarins
Boiling water
Raspberry or other fruit juice
Orange or other fruit juice

Original recipe makes 8 Servings



Place fresh rasberries in bottom of pan

In a glass bowl prepare

1 package Raspberry flavoured Jell-o gelatin with 1 cup boiling water and 1 cup SunRype Wild Raspberry Juice

gently pour Jell-o over raspberries (they will try to float)

refrigerate to set for a couple of hours

drain mandarins and place on paper towel to absorb excess moisture

prepare 1 package Orange Jell-o gelatin with 1 cup boiling water and 1 cup Oasis Yellow Fruits Juice

place drained mandarins on set raspberry layer

gently add orange Jell-o mixture to mandarins

chill to set overnight

fill sink with warm to hot water

place pan in water for 3-4 SECONDS till mould releases from sides

place plate over pan and quickly reverse

a Voila!!

do not leave mold in water to long or you will have to reset it before flipping out onto plate [I posted this recipe.]
