Cut corn off the cob or if using canned, place in pan and fry till browned edges; plus partially mash some of the corn. Dice bacon into 1 inch cuts and fry till crispy. Take out the bacon and add butter to the grease. Pour the mixture into the corn and heat on low for 5 min. You may also put the corn into a baking dish, add the crumble bacon on the top with the sauteed mushrooms and bake for 10 min.
