Fried tenders over wild rice
Spray pan with Pam. Spread uncooked rice across the bottom. Add recommended amount of water or broth. Batter chicken with flour, salt and pepper. Fry. Place on top of rice. Cover and bake. Or. Add small can of potato sticks on top of chicken. Pour a can if mushrooms over the sticks. Cover and bake.
