Fried Flounder
Rinse flounder fillets. Take large plate and put breadcrumbs. Scramble egg in bowl add lemon juice salt pepper and parsley. Take each flounder then dip into egg mixture then into bread mixture. Heat oil until hot. Fry flounder filets on each side 3 to 4 minutes until done. Serve on plates with French fries or a salad. Salt and pepper to taste.
