Suggest a better descriptionPlace all of the cooking oil in the Grand Pappy Fryer to start heating up.
Put the pork chops in a bowl of ice cold water and let sit for about 10 minutes.
Pull each pork chop out of the water dripping with water, season with the Nature Blend, and dredge through the flower. Add to the fryer. Depending upon the size of the fryer, you will be able to get 2-4 chops in at a time. The pork chop is done when they float (5-7 minutes). Cover a plate with paper towels and place the done pork chops on it. Add paper towels for each layer of chops so the breading doesn't get soggy.
