1 Egg
2 tb Water
1/2 c Fine dry bread crumbs
2 tb Parmesan cheese
1/2 ts Dried oregano leaves; crushed
14 oz Ravioli; frozen, thawed
Vegetable oil; for frying
2 c Spaghetti sauce

Original recipe makes 6 Servings

In small bowl, with fork, beat together egg and water; set aside. In another small bowl, stir together bread crumbs, parmesan cheese and oregano. Dip each ravioli into egg mix and then coat with crumb mix. In 10" skillet, heat 1/2" oil to 375~. Cook ravioli, a few at a time, 1 minute each side or until golden. Drain on paper towels. Repeat with remaining raviolis. Meanwhile, heat spaghetti sauce until hot. Spoon sauce onto center of serving platter. Arrange ravioli on top of sauce. Awesome - so quick, simple and, most importantly, DELICIOUS! I paired them with my Pizza Sauce -look up recipe 191880 - which worked perfectly. Will definitely repeat!!!

I've been craving fried ravioli for so long and came across this recipe. The ravioli came out great and needless to say my boyfriend was extremely happy. Just buy quality ingredients when making this, if the ingredients aren't quality it'll affect the taste.
