Yummy and easy!
Melt butter on griddle/large pan and add chopped vegetables (squash, zucchini, onion and pepper) and herbs (if fresh) and saut?.
Add white rice, sprinkle with olive oil and mix well.
Add Worcestershire Sauce (just a little).
Add Soy sauce (just enough to turn the rice light brown or to your desired taste).
Add salt, pepper and herbs (if dry).
Cook stirring constantly until well blended.
