Fried Rice
Preheat a large skillet or wok to medium heat. Pour sesame oil on bottom. Add peas and carrot until tender.
Slide the veggies to the side and pour the beaten eggs onto the other side. Using the spatula, scramble the eggs. Once cooked, mix the eggs with the veggies. Add the rice to the veggie and egg mixture. Pour soy sauce on top. Stir and fy the rice and veggies mixture until heated through and combined.
