This is a simple fried rice that you can change any of the ingredients to your liking.
If using whole long grain cook the day before using rice directions and then refrigerate
Cook the minute rice while you chop the vegetables and scramble the egg. Make the rice has had a lot of time to soak up the water.
Add the soy and oyster sauce together in a bowl and stir.
Mix the Kosher salt and sugar together in a bowl
Scramble three eggs in wok or skillet with 2 tablespoons oil over high heat. After scramble set aside in a bowl.
Add tablespoon of oil to wok or skillet over high heat.
Add all vegetables and the salt and sugar mixture and cook for 3 minutes stirring often.
Add the meat of choice
Add the soy and oyster sauce mixture
Cook and stir for about 5 minutes or until meat is done.
Add the rice and egg
Mix and cook until rice is hot
Add Sesame Oil to taste
I use the oyster sauce
