This sugar cookie is light and tender and literally melts in your mouth. They are good plain, but when topped with powdered sugar icing...they are irresistable.
Cream together the sugars, butter,eggs and oil until light and fluffy. Sift together dry ingredients. Add to first mixture and mix well. Roll into small balls and place on ungreased cookie sheets.
Press down cookies with a glass dipped in sugar. Bake in a moderate oven. (375) for about 10 minutes or until golden brown.
