Best rolls ever!!
Add yeast to warm water, and sprinkle with sugar to activate the yeast.
Scald milk, add sugar and butter and let cool.
Once milk is cooled add the three beaten eggs and salt to the milk.
Add yeast to the milk mixture and then add the flour.
I like to do this in a bread maker. Once the dough is ready, cut in half and roll out like a pizza. Spread butter on dough then using a pizza cutter cut into pizza wedges and roll up like a croissant . Place on a buttered pan and let Raise
Bake at 350 for 11-12 minutes.
Can be frozen. Thaw for 5 hours then bake.
