Suggest a better descriptionPeel bananas and cut in thirds. Insert Popsicle stick in each banana. Pour water into saucepan and bring to boil. Measure chips and canola oil into glass bowl. Nest bowl in saucepan over simmering water. Stir chocolate chips and oil until they are smoothly mixed.
Line baking sheet with waxed or parchment paper.
Using large serving spoon or spatula, scoop up some of melted chocolate.
Roll bananas, one a a time in melted chocolate on the spoon. Before chocolate dries, sprinkle bananas with toppings of choice. Do not dip bananas into topping as chocolate will drip off and make a mess in topping bowls.
Set finished bananas onto prepared baking sheet.
Place bananas on baking sheet, and then into freezer for at least an hour before serving.
Store frozen bananas in an airtight bag or container in freezer.
