yummy moist fruit cake, very professional and delicious
in a large bowl mix eggs very well then add the vanilla mix until its once yellow mixture, then add the frozen orange juice and sugar mix until all ingredients are mixed well together. slowly add the flour and baking powder to the mixture and mix until all ingredients make a smooth cake batter. split the batter for 2 cakes and bake for about 20 min
in another bowl add all ingredients for the whipping cream and mix until a solid mixture (about 15 min) once done put in refrigerator.
DO NOT PUT BOTH CAKES ON TOP OF EACH OTHER ONCE THEIR BAKED.
once both cakes and been baked and cooled down on separate plates, open the fruit can and there will be juice in it take a spoon and put some in it and let the cake drink it in to give it a yummy moist fruit taste, do that to both cakes. then take out the whipped cream and put on the bottom half of the cake once done that add the chopped fruit from the can and spread evenly. then add the other half of the cake on top of the bottom and add the juice and cream once done add your own choice of toppings for the design of the cake. refrigerate for a couple of hours.
ENJOY!
