Suggest a better descriptionTo prepare the marzipan: MIX together cashew powder and icing sugar. Melt the glucose and knead the dry ingredients with it, along with a little water. Finely chop the almonds, walnuts, orange peel, apricots and cherries and knead into the cashew paste along with sesame seeds and diced apple. Shape into a loaf and refrigerate overnight. Melt chocolate and cocoa butter over hot water. Mix well and brush or pour over the marzipan loaf. Refrigerate till firm. Store wrapped in cellophane paper or aluminium foil. NOTES : A chocolate-coated marzipan cake filled with the goodness of fruits
