This is a delicious and refreshing treat to serve during the hot summer months.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease pizza pan with a small amount of coconut oil. Roll out dough to cover round pizza pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-15 minutes. Cool COMPLETELY. Mix cream cheese with a little pineapple juice to thin it and make it more spreadable. Stir in sugar. Spread mixture over COOLED dough. Arrange fruit in a circle (like a bullseye). Warm marmalade and brush over fruit. Serve immediately.
