Suggest a better descriptionCream margarine, 3/4 cup sugar and egg. Add soda, cream of tarter and flour. Bake in round pizza pan. Flatten in bottom of pan and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
Mix together - cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and pineapple juice. Spread over cooled cookie crust. Arange fruits over top such as: pineapple, mandarin oragnes, strawberries, bananas, kewi, etc.
Glaze: Use leftover pineapple juice and thicken with cornstartch. Thicken only slightly so as to be able to pur over fruit. A few drps of food color may be added to the glaze. Chill
