HONEY LIME DRESSING:
In a small mixer bowl beat cream cheese at low speed until smooth, add remaining ingredients until well combined. Chill.
ORANGE YOGURT DRESSING:
Mix ingredients until smooth. Chill, garnish with grated orange peel.
Salad:
Arrange fruits in sections in a glass platter lined with leaf lettuce. To serve, pass Honey Lime Dressing or Orange Yogurt Dressing.
