Any single fruit or mixture of fruits can be used
Crust
Crumble flour, sugar and butter (or margarine) in cuisinart. Add enough milk (1-2 tablespoons) to just moisten dough so it holds a shape.
Spread dough evenly into the bottom of a tart pan or spingform pan that has been sprayed with Pam.
Filling
Cut fruit and place slices on crust in a circle starting from the outside and moving in toward the center. Spread 1 pint of blueberries over to top of sliced fruit.
Combine sugar, flour and cinnamon and sprinkle evenly over top
Dot with butter
Bake at 375 for 35 mininutes. You can also freeze before baking and pop it in the oven frozen. If you are cooking a frozen tart, add 10-15 minutes in cooking time.
