Cream 1 cup margarine and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well. Stir in flour,salt, soda, and oatmeal. To make fudge, combine remaining ingredients and melt on low. Spread 2/3 of dough into 9x13 pan. Pour fudge sauce over top and drop remaining dough on top of fudge sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
