"So good i tried it today with almond extract instead of vanilla. It was a little runny on the inside but still delicious. Also I had chopped walnuts on hand so thats what I used and again I say it was still delicious "

Ingredients

1 ts Vanilla extract
1 c Pecans; chopped
1/4 c Margarine or butter
1/2 c Biscuit baking mix
1 6-oz package semi-sweet chocolate
1 9-inch unbaked pastry shell
1 14-oz can Eagle Brand condensed milk
2 Eggs

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Bake pastry shell 10 minutes; remove from oven. Reduce oven temperature to 325 degrees. In saucepan over low heat melt chips with margarine. In large mixer bowl, beat chocolate mixture with remaining ingredients except nuts until smooth. Add nuts. Pour into prepared pastry shell. Bake 35 to 45 minutes or until center is set. Cool slightly. Serve warm or at room temperature with ice cream if desired.
