Are the cupcake liners regular size or miniature cupcakes?

The ones in the photo are regular size. You could certainly make it in the smaller ones, but you should reduce the cooking time by 10% or so! - Steve Murch 1m ago

Delicious cupcakes!! Mine came out looking pretty bad, but I figure it is due to the high altitude that I did not make any adjustments for. Despite the look, everyone still loved them; we decided to forgo any frosting because they were good without it. My only real criticism is with how the ingredients were listed out of order. Not sure if I added the right amount of sugar when it was needed.

I am not sure what happened with all of the other negative comments, but my proportions came out perfect. Love it!

I read the reviews, and I wonder if the person who ended up with far too much cream cheese filling may have not realized this recipe is for 30 cupcakes? I only had enough of the chocolate batter, however, for 12. I also find it difficult to follow a recipe that lists all ingredients, some repeated, in one list without stating which amount is for the batter, which for the filling. I made the mistake of using the filling sugar amount in the batter :(
