Suggest a better descriptionPreheat waffle iron. Place oatmeal in blender. Grind into coarse flour. Add all remaining ingredients. Blend. Let sit a few minutes. Blend again for 2 seconds. Pour into hot, well-oiled waffle iron. Bake 5 to 8 minutes. VARIATION: May replace 1/4 cup water with 1 egg.
