Chicken with Ramen noodles and vegetables.
Heat oil, add chicken and garlic. Cook 4-5 minutes until chicken is browned. Stir in 2 cups of water, seasoning packets from Ramen noodles, Italian seasoning and carrots. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and cook 6-7 minutes until carrots are crisp tender. Break each block of noodles in half. Add noodles and zucchini. Bring to a boil. Boil uncovered 5-6 minutes until zucchini is cooked and noodles are tender.
