I dig salads and am always trying to liven one up, so I hope you like this one

"This was a delicious salad, perfect for a summer barbacue. I steamed the broccoli and didn't use snap peas. Very good and easy."

Ingredients

1 Garden Salad
1/2 head lettuce; chop
1/4 head red cabbage
4 red radishes; sliced
4 mushrooms; sliced
Green olives
Sugar snap peas
Broccoli
2 plum tomatoes; sliced
Mozzarella cheese
Parmesan cheese
1 Dressing
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp red wine
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp molasses
1 pinch garlic
1 tsp salt
1 Black pepper
3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup water

Original recipe makes 4

Servings  

Preparation

Mix salad in a bowl and dressing ingredients together in a bottle or bowl and enjoy.

Colorful plate. I reduced the quantity of some ingredients in the dressing.
