Suggest a better descriptionDefrost chicken then put a small amount of olive oil in a pan and place chicken on top. Cook for a minute then flip and add spices. Flip to the other side and add spices there.
While chicken is cooking cut up veggies to desired size.
Continue checking chicken and occasionally add in "garlic expressions" (from Kroger) to add flavor.
Put all veggies except for the sprouts in a deep pot or wok with a little bit of oil and some "Garlic Expressions" oil. Add sprouts after 5-10 minutes.
When chicken is done, use kitchen scissors to cut it into bite sized pieces and toss it in with the veggies. Add more seasoning if desired.
Serve with garlic bread.
