Suggest a better descriptionIn a medium boiwl, combine cornstarch, orange juice, soy sauce, ginger, and Garlic. Set aside. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork and stir-fry 5 minutes or until lightly browned. Add vegetables; stir-fry 3-5 minutes, or until crisp-tender. Pour orange juice mixture over pork and vegetables. Cook until thickened. Serve over rice, if desired. Makes 4 servings.
