Emeril Lagasse recipe from Food Network Site
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
In a large glass baking dish, toss the asparagus with the olive oil and garlic. Season lightly with salt and pepper, and toss. Bake until the asparagus are tender and lightly browned, 15 to 20 minutes, depending upon the thickness of the stalks, stirring twice.
Remove from the oven and toss with the lemon juice. Adjust the seasoning, to taste.
Serve warm or at room temperature.

gracefulsaintx1j9 8m agoI never knew now to fix that vegetable. I love garlic, and know I knowhow to fix asparagus, I appreciate the recipe, I will fix it for Thanksgiving dinner instead of the original green beans

traindude 1y agoI add parmesan cheese sprinkled on top at the end of the cook time. Instead tossing with the lemon juice I just sprinkled on top of it .In this household we will be making again and again
Meme1939 1y agoWell it's almost Asparagus season here in NE Arkansas. We pick it fresh from our patch, I have never used lemon juice will try that next time. We eat it any old way. Love it!
