Garlicy mix of scallops & pasta


Ingredients

8 ounce Scallops; small
8 ounce Pasta; small bowtie
8 large cloves Garlic; whole
6 ounce Mushroom; chopped
1/2 cup Onion; diced
3 ounce Almonds
4 ounce Parmesan cheese; shredded
6 ounce Panka Bread Crumbs
1/2 cube Butter
2 ounce Olive oil; extra virgin

Preparation

Pulse mix all ingredients in blender except scallops and pasta to consistency of stiff paste. Do not over-blend. Spread over scallops and bake 15 to 20 minutes or toping is bubbly and browned in 350? oven. Serve with small bow tie pasta and broccoli or other green vegetable. Enjoy!
