Ready in 30 minutes
Easy to make and always a big hit with my husband and family
Cook the pasta according to package directions. Set aside.
Meanwhile, in a 12 inch skillet bring 1 cup of water to a boil. Add
cauliflower and broccoli. Cover and simmer 5 minutes until crisp-tender. Drain and set aside.
In same skillet heat 2 tablespoons of the oil over medium high heat. Add garlic, pepper and salt. Cook and stir for 1 minute. Add shrimp; cook and stir about 3 minutes more or until shrimp turn opaque. Stir in
cauliflower and broccoli; heat through.
Drain pasta; toss with remaining 2 tablespoons oil. Add shrimp mixture.
Sprinkle each serving with Parmesan cheese, if desired.

shirleywright 2y agoI added 3 heaping teaspoons of sun dried tomato pesto and a tsp. of ground red pepper. It gave it a little kick. My family loved it.

Shabizzlebear 3y agoA very tasty recipe. Keep in mind that this recipe makes 6 servings! It's a lot of food. Enough for 2 dinners AND 2 lunches each for my husband and son (4 lunches total). I like my food spicy, so I added some crushed red pepper with my Parmesan cheese.
