Divide the cauliflower florets if necessary so the pieces are roughly 4cm, 1/2in in size. Halve the stem broccoli lengthways.Bring the water to the boil with the olive oil, garlic and salt in a medium-size saucepan. Add the cauliflower, bring the liquid back to the boil, cover and cook a medium-low heat for 10 minutes, stirring
in the broccoli after 4 minutes. To serve as a side dish, sjmply drain off the liquid.
