Caramelize the onion
Preheat oven to 350*
When dough is flattened add a layer of caramelized onion, a layer of potato slices, rosemary, slices of mozzarella and diced smoked pork chops. You do not need to cook the potato beforehand, it will cook in the oven.
Bake in oven for 20 to 30 minutes untili cheese is melted golden brown.
