Ingredients

1 20-oz can Pineapple Chunks; drained
1/3 cup barbecue sauce; (your favorit)
1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts; cubed
1 Red or Green Bell Pepper; cut into cubes
1 zucchini; sliced

Original recipe makes 4 Servings

DIRECTIONS:

1 Drain pineapple; reserve 2 tablespoons juice.

2 Stirtogether reserved juice and barbecue sauce in small bowl; set aside.

3Thread pineapple chunks, chicken, bell pepper and zucchini onto skewers. Brushwith barbecue sauce.

4 Grill or broil kabobs 10 to 15 minutes or untilchicken are no longer pink, turning and brushing occasionally with barbecuesauce. Discard any remaining barbecue sauce. Serve with coleslaw and greenbeans, if desired.

Makes 4 servings

Family and I enjoyed! I used the KC Masterpiece and mixed it with some of the pineapple juice....yummy! Great recipe! Thanks.

Oh gosh it was good...even the leftovers. I think I will use fresh pineapple the next time.

This was really good. Instead zucchin I used onion and I used Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ Sauce. It turned out great.
